In 1992, YNB was founded in Taipei City.  Over the past 30 years, YNB has been focus on sealing liner, induction sealer, liner insertion machines, cap lining machines and sealing inspection machines as its core.  YNB has become a global enterprise in the capsealing field,  with the Asian strategy Center located at the Far East World Trade Park in New Taipei City.

YNB integrates R&D, manufacturing to supply cost-effective materials and equipment.  YNB has a stable growth at domestic and abroad market.  YNB’s subsidiaries have also obtained a number of invention patents, utility model patents and design patents in China Mainland, Taiwan and the United States.

In recent years, YNB has launched new products such as EZopen, Ring Peel, Fan Pour, Dual Pour & Sip Hole Liner, which have also shone brightly.

In addition, YNB's subsidiaries have developed and integrated sealing Liner, RFID, NFC, LoRaID, UWBID, antenna and chips to develop IoT related Liners such as RFID Liner, NFC Liner(RFIDinside, NFCinside, eINSIDE, eLINER, eSEAL, eCapLiner, RFIDtemp, RFIDhumidility)
